Abstract
Postoperative radiation therapy (PORT) has a limited role in the management of resectable non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC). A relatively strong indication for its use is in the presence of residual tumor after surgical resection, as PORT has been shown to improve survival in such patients. However, it is unclear how much of the survival detriment of incomplete resection PORT is able to offset compared to negative margins. We aim to answer this question in our study
