Improving On Time Starts for Procedures
Abstract
Patient satisfaction is clearly linked to how long a patient waits for their procedure. In order to positively impact patient satisfaction we evaluated start times for our non-invasive cardiology procedures. According to Press Ganey Associates when time spent waiting is 0-20 minutes, overall patient satisfaction ranges from 89.8 to 95.4%.
