Abstract

The purpose of this longitudinal interventional pre/post-intervention study was to assess the effectiveness of implementing a hospital-wide policy of Zone Charting for registered nurses and patient care technicians. The aim of the intervention was to see a reduction int the number of falls among patients on an in-patient unit.
